Refund Policy

Our Simple Promise

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@pds.wp-scan.org with your PayPal email address
  • We will process the refund within 2 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • Log in to PayPal โ†’ Settings โ†’ Payments โ†’ Manage Subscriptions โ†’ Cancel
  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan (3 trackers)
  • Your data and trackers are not deleted โ€” they remain accessible on the Free plan (oldest 3 remain active)

3. Renewals & Billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month via PayPal
  • You will receive a PayPal payment confirmation for each charge
  • If a renewal payment fails, your account will revert to Free after a 3-day grace period
  • We do not store your credit card or payment information โ€” all billing is handled by PayPal

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not available after 7 days from the first payment, except in exceptional circumstances
  • Renewal charges (second month and beyond) are generally non-refundable, but we consider requests case-by-case
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds

5. Service Outages

In the event of significant service downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will:

  • Notify Pro subscribers by email
  • Offer a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period
  • Work to restore service as quickly as possible
