By accessing or using PriceWren ("Service", "we", "us") at pds.wp-scan.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

PriceWren is a price monitoring service that:

• Monitors product prices on third-party e-commerce websites based on URLs you provide
• Sends email notifications when prices drop to or below your specified target price
• Maintains a dashboard showing your tracked products and price history

Important Disclaimer: We are an independent price tracking service and are not affiliated with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other retailer. We do not sell products or guarantee any prices.

• Free Plan: Track up to 3 products. Emails checked every 6 hours. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited product tracking for $3.00/month, billed monthly via PayPal.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Downgrading from Pro to Free will retain your oldest 3 trackers and deactivate the rest.

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Submit URLs for the purpose of mass scraping or data harvesting beyond personal use
• Track prices for commercial data resale or competitor intelligence services without our written permission
• Attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful URLs
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent the free plan limit
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

While we make every effort to provide accurate price data, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of scraped prices — retailer websites may use dynamic pricing, regional variations, or anti-scraping measures
• Real-time price updates — checks occur on a scheduled basis
• Availability of a product at the tracked price when you click through
• That all retailers' websites are compatible with our scraping system

Always verify prices on the retailer's website before making a purchase. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on our price data.

All content, design, code, and branding on PriceWren is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

Product names, images, and descriptions displayed on our Service belong to their respective retailers and are shown solely for the purpose of identifying tracked items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any missed price alerts, inaccurate prices, or failed notifications
• We are not liable for any purchase decisions you make based on our data
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• You may stop using our Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your trackers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice to registered users.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email with 14 days notice.
